We are currently looking for a dependable individual to work for the City at the RCMP Detachment as a Prisoner Guard. Reporting to the Jail Supervisor, this casual position will provide reliable performance in guarding duties, observe and comply with municipal policies and safety practices. This is a casual/on-call position, filling in during vacation and peak service demand periods including weekends. |
| Education: |
Previous training in First Aid as well as experience and/or training in guarding or security practices will be a definite asset. |
| Skills: |
Applicants must be able to qualify for and maintain the required Security Clearance for this position. |
| Salary: |
$22.65 to $26.63 per hour (2015 rates) |
